Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Celebrates HEV Market Leadership with “Extended Product and Hybrid System Warranties of Up to 7 Years” for Customers of the ALL NEW MITSUBISHI XFORCE HEV, MITSUBISHI XPANDER HEV, and XPANDER CROSS HEV

o Existing customer: Regular maintenance every 10,000 kilometers or 6 months 

(10 consecutive services), 

M-Care GOLD membership or above, and vehicle registration via M-Drive application

 

Bangkok – March 11, 2026: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. marks a significant milestone in the hybrid vehicle market with the introduction of its new “Extended Warranty Program,” offering coverage for both product quality and the hybrid system for up to 7 years. It reflects the company’s strong confidence in the quality of its products under the message, “Our confidence in quality is why we offer longer warranties.”
This program offers special benefits to customers who purchase the ALL-NEW MITSUBISHI XFORCE HEV, MITSUBISHI XPANDER HEV, or XPANDER CROSS HEV from March 2026 onwards. The extended coverage will also be applied retroactively to existing customers who have owned these models since their initial launch, further reinforcing long-term customer confidence in line with the company’s after-sales service standards under the concept “We Take Care, You Just Drive.”

 

The new Extended Warranty Program extends is available through Mitsubishi’s network of more than 180 service centers nationwide, featuring:

o An extension of the vehicle quality warranty to up to 7 years or 150,000 kilometers

(whichever comes first) (previously 5 years or 100,000 kilometers)

o An extension of the hybrid system warranty to up to 7 years with unlimited mileage

(previously 5 years, unlimited mileage)

o The hybrid drive battery warranty remains unchanged, continuing to provide coverage for 10 years with unlimited mileage, in accordance with the original warranty terms.

 

Extended warranty eligibility for existing customers is subject to the following conditions:

o Customers must bring their vehicles for periodic maintenance every 10,000 kilometers or every 6 months, completing 10 consecutive services without interruption.

o Customers maintain M‑Care membership at the GOLD level or above (a program designed to provide greater value and help reduce ownership costs for Mitsubishi customers who regularly service their vehicles at service centers).

o Customers must register and add their vehicle information through the M-Drive application to verify their membership status.
