Mitsubishi Motors Thailand signs MOU to support education to build high quality human resources to Thailand automotive industry

Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President & CEO, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (2nd from right) and Associate Professor Gasinee Witoonchart, Rector of Thammasat University (2nd from left) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for education collaboration at Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus). Through this event, Mr. Egathi Rattana-Aree, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and General Administration Unit, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Right) and Dr. –Ing Thira Jearsiripongkul, Dean of Engineering Faculty, Thammasat University (Left) are honored to sign the MOU as a witness.

Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. continuously promote Thai education. Recently, Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President & CEO, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Associate Professor Gasinee Witoonchart, Rector of Thammasat University joined the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support scholarship and internship program to third and fourth-year students who have outstanding academic achievements from Vehicle Technology Engineering (V-Tech), Thammasat School of Engineering (TSE). This scholarship provides an internship opportunity under “Work Integrated Learning (WIL)” for the students to have real work experience before they graduate. Additionally, awarded graduates will be offered a future career to work with Mitsubishi Motors Thailand.

Besides, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has been actively nurturing the next generation of Thais through various education initiatives such as Talent Internship Program with 9 leading universities and High School Scholarship program in collaboration with Equitable Education Fund (EEF).
