Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Wins Two Awards From Global Service Skills Contest 2024 in Japan

BANGKOK – March 6, 2024: Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s representatives recently seized the two awards in the Global Skills Contest 2024 hosted by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation in Japan. With competitors from 25 countries, the biennial competition consists of two categories including Service Advisor and Diagnostic Technician.

Competing against other Mitsubishi Motors service advisors and technicians worldwide, Mr. Jirasak Siripong from Kum Wa Lui Auto Thailand secured the second runner-up position in the Diagnostic Technician category, while Mr. Worachet Sarote from Mitsu Auto City earned the second runner-up position in the Service Advisor category. These accomplishments highlight Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s determination to enhance sales and aftersales service quality for the benefit of customers from the professional employees within its dealership network nationwide.

Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has previously achieved success in the awards. In 2016, the company secured the winning position in the Service Advisor category, and in 2019, it attained the first runner-up position in the Diagnostic Technician category. This year's simultaneous achievement in both categories reflects the continuous development aimed at delivering the utmost satisfaction for customers, which is the company’s commitment.

In May this year, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand is set to host the 23rd Annual Skills Contest, aiming to identify the top personnel across seven working categories from dealers nationwide. The contest is designed to enhance the knowledge and expertise of dealership employees. The seven categories include Sales Consultant, Service Advisor, Customer Relations Officer, Parts Officer, Periodic Maintenance Technician, Diagnostic Technician, and Service Advisor for Body and Paint.

Winners of the 'Service Advisor' and 'Diagnostic Technician' categories will have the opportunity to represent Thailand in the biennial Global Skills Contest in Japan.
