XPANDER AP4 WON THE LAKE TOBA ASIA PACIFIC RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 AND THE NATIONAL RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP 2022
"I am very satisfied and proud of the results we have obtained. I'm also proud to experience firsthand the prowess of the XPANDER AP4 on the toughest rally track this car has ever faced. This is a great achievement because it is able to win a rally event at the Asia Pacific level. This will extend Mitsubishi Motors' gold record in the rally arena," Rifat said.
In this November, Rifat Sungkar (Indonesia) and Chayapon Yotha (Thailand) will compete in the Asia Cross Country Rally (AXCR) with the Team Mitsubishi Ralliart, directed by Hiroshi Masuoka. The two champions will drive two Triton rally cars in the Group T1 (prototype cross-country vehicles) category. The highly experienced Sakchai Hantrakul (Thailand) will support them in a third Triton support car.
