Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Grants Awards to Five Project Winners of the 5th MMTh Talent Internship Program

BANGKOK – November 6, 2023: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has granted the ‘Top 5 The Best Achievement Awards’ to project winners who achieved work process improvement projects, and presented certificates to students who completed the 5th MMTh Talent Internship Program 2023. The program provides opportunities for students to initiate and create projects that support the company’s development towards excellence while encouraging students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real world working environment, fostering learning and development outside of the classroom, and polishing skills for future career development.


Mr. Egathi Rattana-Aree, Executive Vice President, People & Environment Strategy Unit of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said, “For over 62 years, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has always committed to contributing to the Thai society. MMTh Talent Internship Program reflects our determination to provide university students the opportunity to learn and apply their theoretical knowledge at automotive manufacturing facilities while receiving guidance from experienced professionals as they get ready for their future careers. This year’s Top 5 The Best Achievement Awards were granted to five projects which increase production efficiency in the factory and improve talents recruitment process.


Over thousands of students have expressed interest in MMTh Talent Internship Program. Since 2019, a total of 105 students have graduated from this program. The program is a part of Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s educational initiatives that will continue to support the country’s education sector by consistently aiding students in their educational and professional endeavors.

Additionally, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand is opening new opportunities for 3rd and 4th year university students to join its “MMTh Talent Internship Program 2024”. Applications are now at https://tinyurl.com/yc3eu7dr open until 30 November 2023.Students can choose to enroll for Summer Internship Program, Cooperative Education Internship Program, or 6-month Internship Program.
