Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Launches ‘M-Care’ Aftersales Program with Special Privileges for Loyal Customers
BANGKOK – February 22, 2023: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently launched M-Care, a customer loyalty program that rewards Mitsubishi customers who regularly visit dealerships for scheduled maintenance with the concept ‘More Visits, More Privileges’.

Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has earned seven No.1 awards in Sales Service Satisfaction and After Sales Service Satisfaction from TAQA including
- Outstanding After Sales Service Satisfaction for Passenger Car in 2020 and 2021
- Outstanding Sales Satisfaction for Passenger Car in 2020 and 2021
- Outstanding After Sales Service Satisfaction for 1-Ton Pickup in 2020 and 2021
- Outstanding Sales Service Satisfaction for 1-Ton Pickup in 2021
The TAQA survey examines eight dimensions of customer satisfaction including manufacturer website, dealer website or social media, sales initiation, showroom facility, salespersons, deals and negotiation, vehicle delivery and after vehicle delivery follow-up.
Mitsubishi car customers who join the ‘M-Care’ loyalty program will be eligible to enjoy special discounts or exclusive privileges for the next visit with amounts that depend on the frequency of preventive maintenance at Mitsubishi Motors service centers. The program comprises six levels starting from ‘Silver’ to ‘Platinum+’. The levels of membership can be upgraded after visiting the dealerships regularly under terms and conditions. To encourage EV adoption and support Thailand’s drive toward a carbon-neutral society, Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV customers will get exclusive privilege to be Platinum+ M-Care members, the highest status of the program throughout their ownership.
The six levels of ‘M-Care’ members include:
- Silver (after completing interval maintenance service 5 - 6 times)
- Silver+ (after completing interval maintenance service 7 - 8 times)
- Gold (after completing interval maintenance service 9 - 10 times)
- Gold+ (after completing interval maintenance service 11 - 12 times)
- Platinum (after completing interval maintenance service 13 - 14 times)
- Platinum+ (after completing interval maintenance service over 15 times)

When visiting Mitsubishi Motors service centers for preventive maintenance, they will receive cashback coupons for every THB 500 spent on spare parts, chemical products, lubricants and accessories.
