Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Awards Four Engineering Scholarships to Thammasat University under MMTh VTECH Scholarship Program

BANGKOK – October 28, 2022: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently organized the MMTh VTECH Scholarship Ceremony 2022 to award scholarship to four Vehicle Technology Engineering (V-TECH) students from Thammasat School of Engineering (TSE), Pattaya Campus. This is the second year of the MMTh VTECH Scholarship Program. There are 4 students qualified for the scholarships, namely 1) Mr. Wutthipath Tinsuwan, 2) Mr. Thanakrit Boonset, 3) Ms. Waratchaporn Somsri, and 4) Ms. Napatsawan Masnareang

Speaking at the event, Mr. Eiji Ogawa, Executive Vice President, Factory Unit, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Co., Ltd. said, “Since 2020, we have partnered with the Thammasat School of Engineering to continue our educational support and build high quality human resources for the automotive industry and strengthen Thailand’s position as the automotive production hub. The scholarship provides an opportunity for undergraduates to gain working experience with our professional teams at Laem Chabang Factory and work with Mitsubishi Motors after their graduation.”

I am confident all of them will make a positive difference in the society as they learn and grow at Mitsubishi Motors Thailand. Representing the four grantees was Mr. Wutthipath Tinsuwan, a third-year student majoring in vehicle technology engineering at Thammasat University said, “Being granted Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s scholarship is truly an honor for us. We are interested in Mitsubishi Motors's advanced technology, and esteem Mitsubishi Motors Thailand as the automotive leader who has been operating in Thailand for 61 years and also as a leading exporter. We also support Team Mitsubishi RALLIART's and cherish many legendary models including the Mitsubishi Evolution. This inspires me to join the Mitsubishi Motors Engineering Team. I will share back to the society what I have learned, and will conduct more researches to contribute to Mitsubishi Motors’ future innovation.”
