Mitsubishi Motors ‘Service Festival’ Spreads the Joy of “Good Car, Good Service, Good Resale Value” to Its Customers

Bangkok – November 17, 2022: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently held ‘Mitsubishi Service Festival’, featuring celebrated car gurus, Asdavut Asasappakij and Amarin Nitibhon, to share in-depth knowledge of car maintenance tips to Mitsubishi customers under the concept “Good Car, Good Service, Good Resale Value.” Mitsubishi car owners and their families also enjoyed a variety of entertainment and activities while learning more about the secret recipe of Mitsubishi Motors’ supreme services at Mitsubishi Motors Education Academy. This event aimed at highlighting the reason why Mitsubishi Motors’ used cars prices remain high, thanks to its award-winning customer satisfaction on sales support and aftersales services from Thailand Automotive Quality Award (TAQA), for two years in a row.


The customers were excited to experience the secrets of uniquely excellent sales advisors’ professional techniques throughout the customer journey, especially aftersales services as they were guided through four main stations:

  • Service Experience Station, which demonstrates how sales advisors provide unmatched services to customers through over 230 Mitsubishi Motors service centers nationwide;
  • Perfect Body & Paint Station which emphasizes on the highest standard of body and paint services quality with a fun, challenging activity for customers to compete in color accuracy tests;
  • Maintenance Excellency Station, with technical engineers teaching participants how to identify genuine parts; and
  • E-Learning for People Excellency Station, which shows how Mitsubishi Motors deploy e-learning tools for skills development remotely to all technical engineers nationwide.


The event also featured the exclusive showcases of Mitsubishi L200, graced by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in 1994, and Mitsubishi Triton Rally Car, reflecting Mitsubishi Motors Sports’ DNA of endurance that is well-prepared for the battle of “Asia Cross Country Rally (AXCR)”, one of the world’s toughest rally competitions that will be held during November 21 – 26, 2022, from Thailand to Cambodia. The participants also learned about Mitsubishi Motors’ “Dendo Drive House” Technology which manages the electricity exchanges between the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV vehicles and households.
