MITSUBISHI MOTORS THAILAND Wins 3 TAQA Awards 2020 for Outstanding Sales Satisfaction and After Sales Services Satisfaction
Bangkok – December 8, 2020: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has earned three awards from Thailand Automotive Quality Award (TAQA) 2020.
The award reflects Mitsubishi Motors’ commitment on the highest product quality and customer satisfaction through the excellent sales and aftersales service which cover for several of Mitsubishi models. The received awards consist of ‘Outstanding Sales Satisfaction for Passenger Car’, ‘Outstanding After Sales Service Satisfaction for Passenger Car’, and ‘Outstanding After Sales Service Satisfaction for 1-Ton Pickup’.
At the TAQA Award 2020 event, Mr. Suriya Jungrungreangkit, Minister of Industry presides over the event with Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President and CEO, Mr. Sarote Maartlert, Vice President, Office of Domestic Sales Unit, and Mr. Chanchai Piputpol, General Manager, Office of Aftersales receiving the ‘Outstanding After Sales Service Satisfaction for Passenger Car’ award, the ‘Outstanding Sales Satisfaction for Passenger Car’ award, and the ‘Outstanding After Sales Service Satisfaction for 1-Ton Pickup’ award respectively. The ceremony is also joined by, Mr. Pisit Rangsaritwutikul, President of Thailand Automotive Institute, Mr. Kwanchai Paphatphong, President and CEO, Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd, Mr. Suwat Thongthanakul Executive Editor, Manager Newspaper, and Mr. Sukit Tanskul CEO, Custom Asia Co., Ltd.
Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President and CEO, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said “We would like to thank our customers for choosing Mitsubishi Motors’ product. The three TAQA awards receiving this year have been judged through the highest result from the random sample of the survey respondents who have the real use of vehicle in the present time and also have real experience in sales and aftersales at the dealers. The method of the survey can provide a reliable information which can legitimately reflect the customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services so that the survey results can truly benefit all automotive companies.

Currently, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has 234 outlets nationwide, a wide network coverage to serve customers in every part of the nation. The company aims to expand dealership outlets to 240 locations by the end of FY2020 to serve its growing number of customers.
