Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Co-Hosts Royal Chanting Ceremony of Royal Funeral Rites for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother

Bangkok – April 7, 2026: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. served as co-host for the Buddhist royal chanting ceremony of the royal funeral rites for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, held at the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall within the Grand Palace.
 

On this occasion, senior executives led by Mr. Minoru Kinoshita, Chairman of the Board, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and MMTh Engine Co., Ltd., together with Mitsubishi dealerships and members of the Mitsubishi Motors Cooperation Council (Thailand) (MCC), participated in the wreath-laying ceremony before Her Majesty’s portrait, as well as the royal funeral chanting ceremony for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, in loyal remembrance of her boundless grace and enduring contributions to the nation and the Thai people.
 

Throughout her lifetime, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother carried out numerous royal duties with unwavering dedication to alleviating suffering and promoting the well-being of the people. Her Majesty also promoted arts and crafts, conserved natural resources, and improved the quality of life for people across all regions of the country.  With compassion, selflessness, and steadfast determination, Her Majesty is revered as the “Mother of Thailand,” an exemplary figure. Her boundless grace will forever remain in the hearts of the Thai people.
