Mitsubishi Motors Thailand and Kham Wah Lui Auto Thailand Collaborate with Nakhonratchasima Engineering Commercial Technological College (KTEC) to Open the Mitsubishi Motors Technological Learning Center, Continuing Their Support for Education for the 11th Consecutive Year

BANGKOK – April 21, 2025: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Nakhon Ratchasima Engineering Commercial Technological College (KTEC) have officially rolled out the Mitsubishi Motors Technological Learning Center. As a part of this initiative, Mitsubishi Motors has donated engines and powertrain sets so the center serves as a hub for hands-on learning and technical training. This collaboration underscores the company's commitment to support education and develop skilled professionals in the country's automotive industry. Additionally, it aims to enhance students' real-world skills and prepare them for careers in the automotive sector.
During the launch of the Mitsubishi Motors Technological Learning Center and the donation of engines, a hands-on training session was also conducted by experts from Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Education Academy, along with technicians from Kham Wah Lui Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The training provided students with real-world experience, allowing them to engage with advanced automotive technologies that included the new 4N16 Turbo Diesel Engine, which powers the new Mitsubishi Triton, the 4N15 engine, the R6M5A manual transmission, differential, and the power steering rack.

Prof.Dr. Natthawat Vongchavalitkul, President of Vongchavalitkul University Manager/License holder (KTEC), said, “Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s partnership with Kham Wah Lui Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is invaluable to our students. The Mitsubishi Motors Technological Learning Center and the donated engines and powertrain sets will equip them with practical experience and technical skills needed for successful careers in the automotive industry. The hands-on training with modern technologies will better prepare them to adapt to the evolving automotive industry, enhancing their career paths and opportunities.”
Mr. Jirasak Phansaichua, President of Kham Wah Lui Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd., highlighted the dealer’s commitment to skills development, “Kham Wah Lui Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was awarded the second runner up of Global Service Skills Contest 2024 in Japan. Kham Wah Lui Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd. also showcased the latest Mitsubishi models, including the MITSUBISHI XPANDER CROSS HEV, MITSUBISHI PAJERO SPORT 2024, MITSUBISHI TRITON ATHLETE 4WD, and MITSUBISHI ATTRAGE SMART, which were available for test drives.
Established since 2015, the engine donation program is a part of Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s commitment to educate and develop a sustainable talent pool for the automotive industry.
