Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Launches New Generation of Mitsubishi Mobile Service, Enhancing Dependable Customer Care and Service Beyond Distance

PATHUM THANI – Aug 5, 2024:  Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has recently introduced the New Generation of Mitsubishi Mobile Service that will enhance the reach and customer convenience of the automaker’s extraordinary service and customer care to even more customers whenever help is needed, no matter where they are located. Operated by Mitsubishi Motors’ highly skilled technicians, each unit of Mitsubishi Mobile Service is upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment and tools fit for maintenance services for fleet operators, business-owners, and customers in remote areas.  Aimed at boosting customer engagement beyond distance, the latest version of Mitsubishi Mobile Service offers a range of advanced services, making scheduled maintenance and emergency assistance more comprehensive and convenient than before to retain customer loyalty with Mitsubishi Motors.

Following the first launch of the Mitsubishi Mobile Service in 2019, the New Generation of Mitsubishi Mobile Service now offers extended maintenance coverage, with scheduled maintenance and check-ups extending up to 100,000 km. The new generation model is also equipped with over 60 additional service tools and equipment, enabling more comprehensive tasks that include fluid replacements such as engine oil, other essential fluids, as well as brake system checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety for customers.

 

Operated by Mitsubishi Motors Thailand's dealer network, the Mitsubishi Mobile Service is designed to deliver unmatched convenience, troubleshooting, and emergency roadside assistance. The New Generation Mitsubishi Mobile Service offers Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s exceptional services nationwide, with extra-convenience to all customers.  Aside from performing detailed general checks encompassing 22 inspections that cover items such as air-conditioning and electrical systems, ensuring thorough and reliable vehicle maintenance, it also enhances roadside assistance capabilities, such as fueling support, battery jump-starts, battery replacement, and tire changes using the customer’s spare tire, etc.  The initiative underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to delivering the best customer care and satisfaction, in alignment with the company’s aftersales service slogan, “Rao Doo Lae…Khun Khae Kab” (We take care…you just drive).
