• The engine donation project was established in 2015, reflecting the company’s commitment to promoting education and developing skilled personnel within the automotive industry. This initiative aligns with the company’s CSR direction, ‘To Contribute and Grow with Thai Society,’ which focuses on three key pillars: Education, Environment, and Health.
Bangkok – April 1, 2026: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Able Motors Pakkret Co., Ltd., continues to strengthen vocational and technical education by donating an engine and powertrain set to Kong Thabbok Upatham Changkol Kho So Tho Bo School. The ceremony also featured the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Able Motors Pakkret Co., Ltd. and Kong Thabbok Upatham Changkol Kho So Tho Bo School. The MOU establishes academic cooperation through vocational programs, including the Vocational Certificate in Automotive Mechanics, the Vocational Certificate in Electric Vehicles, and the Higher Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. It offers students opportunities for practical training in real workplace environments and promotes experiential learning, in alignment with the objectives of this partnership in vocational education management. The collaboration aims to produce and develop a skilled workforce in accordance with the National Education Act, government policies, and the sustainable needs of the industrial sector.

The donation to Kong Thabbok Upatham Changkol Kho So Tho Bo School included the new 4N16 engine with advanced automotive technologies from NEW TRITON, 4N15 engine, R6M5A manual transmission, and differential. This was complemented by practical training delivered through collaboration between experts from the Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Education Academy and technicians from Able Motors Pakkret Co., Ltd., ensuring students receive high-quality instruction that can be effectively applied in real-world working environments.
Additionally, Able Motors Pakkret Co., Ltd. showcased new Mitsubishi models during the ceremony, including the ALL-NEW MITSUBISHI XFORCE HEV, MITSUBISHI XPANDER CROSS HEV, MITSUBISHI PAJERO SPORT, and NEW MITSUBISHI TRITON. Attendees were also allowed to participate in a test drive, allowing them to experience Mitsubishi’s advanced automotive technologies firsthand.
