Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Donates PHEV Technological Display Model, Engine Sets and Powertrain Sets to Tharn Technological College, Enhancing Education for the 10th Consecutive Year

Bangkok – August 26, 2025: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd., along with Mitsu Rungcharoen Co., Ltd., have donated a PHEV Technological Display Model, Engine Sets, and Powertrain Sets, including training, to Tharn Technological College in Bangkok.The initiative aims to support hands-on learning and promote sustainable career development. This project is part of the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, with three main pillars that focus on Education, Environment, and Health.

 

A key highlight of the event was a hands-on automotive technology workshop conducted by experts from the Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Education Academy, in collaboration with technicians from Mitsu Rungcharoen Co., Ltd. Designed to deliver practical training and real-world experience, the workshop featured cutting-edge automotive technology, including the PHEV Technological Display Model, new 4N16 engine with advanced automotive technologies from NEW TRITON, 4A91 engine, R6M5A manual transmission and differential.

Established in 2015, the engine donation project has provided more than 260 sets of engines, powertrains, and learning equipment to over 100 educational institutions across Thailand.
The project aims to strengthen the capabilities of the next generation of Thai technicians and foster the nation’s automotive industry toward long-term growth.
