Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Donates Engine and Powertrain Set to Ayutthaya Technical College to Strengthen Automotive Skills Development, Continuing Its Support for the 11th Consecutive Year

Bangkok – January 29, 2026: Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. continues its support for education and the enhancement of technical skills development for the 11th consecutive year, reinforcing the company’s commitment to raising educational standards in Thailand and promoting learning through hands-on experience. In collaboration with our dealership, Mitsu Ayuthaya (Thaitada) Co., Ltd.,
the company donated the engine and powertrain set to Ayutthaya Technical College for use as learning materials. The aim is to provide students with practical access to advanced automotive technology and up-to-date technical knowledge, increasing opportunities for career success and laying the foundation for sustainable development of Thailand’s automotive industry.

The donation to Ayutthaya Technical College comprises the engine and powertrain set, including the new 4N16 engine with advanced automotive technologies from NEW TRITON, 4A91 engine,
R6M5A manual transmission and differential. This is complemented by hands-on training conducted through collaboration between experts from the Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Education Academy and technicians from Mitsu Ayuthaya (Thaitada) Co., Ltd., enabling students to apply their knowledge in practice and prepare for future careers.
During the event, Mitsu Ayuthaya (Thaitada) Co., Ltd., also showcased a range of Mitsubishi vehicle models and offered attendees the opportunity to participate in a test drive, enabling them to experience Mitsubishi vehicles firsthand. The models on display included the ALL-NEW MITSUBISHI XFORCE HEV, MITSUBISHI XPANDER CROSS HEV, MITSUBISHI PAJERO SPORT PRIME, and MITSUBISHI ATTRAGE Smart Eco Car.
The engine donation project was established in 2015, reflecting the company’s commitment to promoting education and developing skilled personnel within the automotive industry. This initiative aligns with the company’s CSR direction, ‘To Contribute and Grow with Thai Society,’ which focuses on three key pillars: Education, Environment, and Health.
