Power 2025 Thailand Initial Quality Study^SM (IQS) – Volume 2. This achievement reinforces the high quality and standards of Mitsubishi vehicles, consistently trusted by real users.

The J.D. Power 2025 Thailand Initial Quality Study^SM (IQS) – Volume 2 is a comprehensive study covering internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles (HEV and PHEV), and new energy vehicles (NEV). The study collected feedback from 4,832 owners who purchased new vehicles between January and September 2025. Fieldwork was conducted from June through October 2025 through face‑to‑face surveys in 22 major cities across Thailand, covering 57 vehicle models from 15 brands. The study ranks vehicles according to the aggregate number of problems per 100 vehicles (PP100). In this study, the MITSUBISHI TRITON DOUBLE CAB PLUS recorded 169 PP100, while the MITSUBISHI XPANDER HEV recorded 167 PP100.
