1. Stay Calm and Check for Safety
Ensure that you and your passengers are safe. If anyone is injured, call the emergency hotline at 1669 immediately.
2. Move Your Vehicle to a Safe Location
If the vehicle can be moved, park it in a safe spot that does not obstruct traffic. Turn on the hazard lights to alert other drivers.
3. Contact the Police
Call 191 to report the accident and request assistance.
4. Notify Your Insurance Company
Inform your insurer and wait for a representative to arrive at the scene to document the incident.

5. Document the Damage and Exchange Information
Take photos of the damage, the accident scene, and the other party’s license plate. Exchange contact details, license plate numbers, and insurance information. Avoid moving the vehicles unless necessary.
6. If There’s a Dispute or You’re Waiting for Officer.
Keep the vehicles in their original positions. Request a copy of the accident report from the police or insurance company for claim purposes.
7. Bring Your Vehicle to a Mitsubishi Body & Paint authorized repair center
